Ingredients: Dried Porcini Mushrooms (Boletus edulis and relative group.)

Cooking Instructions: Rinse the dried porcini thorougly. Soak them in warm water and milk for approximately 20 minutes. Drain and then saute them in oil or butter, on medium heat, for 10-15 minutes. Lastly, add them to the dish with the other ingredients.

***Each 100g of dried wild porcini mushrooms is equal to 1000g of fresh porcini mushrooms***

Store product in a cool, dry place. Cook before eating.
