A product made according to the traditional recipe: naturally leavened for a soft and fragrant dough which keeps for a long time, with sweet-smelling candied fruit!

Ingredients: wheat flour, candied orange peels 16,6% (orange peels, glucose syrup-fructose, sugar, acidity corrector: citric acid), hazelnuts glaze 10% (sugar, albumen, hazelnuts 14,3% corresponding to 1,4% of the total ingredients, wheat flour, peanut oil, apricot kernels, flavourings), butter, sugar, egg yolk, natural yeast, frosted sugar, emulsifying agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, almonds, inverted sugar, salt, honey, skimmed milk powder, malted barley extract, flavourings. May contain traces of other tree nuts and soya.
