Your Satisfaction Guaranteed
We guarantee all items shipped to you are fresh, are exactly what you ordered, and arrive in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we will gladly replace or refund, less any shipping and handling fees associated with the order, within 30 days of shipment. All items are shipped UPS and all terms and conditions of UPS apply. CapriFlavors is not responsible for lost items in transit. We will, however, assist you tracking the item through the UPS system. CapriFlavors is also not responsible for damage caused by misuse or neglect.
Return Information
Please return items in their original packaging if possible. Always include the original invoice with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. CapriFlavors does have the right to contact you for further information concerning your return. We will gladly replace or refund the full amount, less shipping and handling, damaged items or items shipped that were not requested.

CapriFlavors does not sell or display any information we gather during our order process. All information is safe guarded by CapriFlavors. All web pages used during your order use secure connections to safe guard all your information. CapriFlavors respects your privacy and we will do all that is necessary to insure your information is safe.
On-Line Orders
All orders on line are comprised of the total of all items in the shopping cart, a small shipping and handling fee for packaging, any state associated sales tax (the state of North Carolina requires a 2 % tax on all food items, and a 6.5% tax on all non-food items), and standard UPS shipping charges based on weight and shipping region. Indemnification
All customers and users of CapriFlavors, the CapriFlavors web site, and the merchandise contained within agree to indemnify and hold CapriFlavors, its employees, suppliers, and affiliates harmless from any dispute which may arise from a breach of agreement. In addition, the customer agrees to hold CapriFlavors harmless from any claims, including any and all reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, related to the customer's use of the CapriFlavors web site and the merchandise contained within.
