How does Capriflavors ship my order?
Capriflavors ships all items ordered by UPS unless other arrangements are made by calling 1-800-861-5440. A Capriflavors representative will be glad to explain other shipping options available.
Capriflavors will also honor any clients personal or business shipping account. If you have an account with a shipping company that you would like your order charged to please inform us.
How does Capriflavors determine the shipping cost for my order?
Capriflavors determines shipping charges based on the total weight of your shipment as determined by the actual weight of the items placed in your cart. NOTE: Your shipment may be made up of more than one package due to size and type of products ordered, however, the total weight of the order still determines the shipping cost. In addition, a small fee is added to each order to cover packaging materials and shipping preparation. All shipments are packaged with care and are guaranteed.
All shipping is calculated using the latest UPS zone and weight tables.
What about perishable items, like meats and cheese?
All meat and cheese orders are specially packaged using special sealed insulated containers with ice packs to insure freshness upon arrival. However, we can only guarantee freshness for 2 days. All shipping for meat and cheese items is calculated to arrive at your destination in 2 days. Orders for meats and cheese received on Thursday or Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Estimated arrival of your order after shipment can be determined by referring to the map below.
Capriflavors ships all orders the same day of receipt whenever possible. Orders received after 3 PM will be shipped the next day.
To estimate how long it will take to receive your order after it is shipped please refer to the map below. All delivery times are based on shipment from our home offices located in North Carolina.
Are there other restrictions pertaining to shipping my items?
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's or FPO's. There also may be restrictions to certain areas within the U.S. If this is the case, we will notify you before your shipment is processed, or your credit card charged.
In the event of inclement weather and or natural disaster, it is possible that delivery will be restricted or impaired. We cannot assume responsibility in these instances.
We cannot assume responsibility for incorrect addresses and for damages to product on shipments left outside with customer's authorization.
We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Prices are subject to change without notice.
What is Capriflavors Return Policy?
Capriflavors stands by everything we sell. We have a very liberal return policy in that if you receive your order and all or portions of the order are damaged we will replace those damaged items at no cost to you. To receive your replacement items please return all damaged goods with an explanation of how the damage occurred. Upon receipt of the damaged goods we will ship replacements at no cost. Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping cost of returned items.
Also, if you received something in your order that was not originally ordered we will refund that portion of your order upon return of the items. In addition if you receive something that was not to your liking, or felt the product did not meet your expectations, we will refund your purchase price on the following conditions. Items must be return at your expense. Once the item is received we will refund your purchase price, minus original shipping cost, or portion of the shipping cost, minus a 10% restocking fee.
This policy is only good for 30 days from the order date.
