Il Vincotto ai Lamponi è un condimento agrodolce. Può essere usato come condimento per insaporire antipasti, il carpaccio, pesce, insalate con carote, finocchi, sedano, lattuga, patate cotte (preferibilmente fredde). Ottimo anche su sorbetti, zabaione, panna cotta, gelato e dessert. Le carni arrosto o bollite assumono un sapore più ricco con un po’ di Vincotto ai lamponi.
