Cook with Chef Titina!

Our kitchen is your kitchen!  All of our classes are held in our professional teaching kitchen led by Chef Titina Vuotto, a published chef from the Island of Capri, Italy.  Our classes feature Titina’s most popular menus and dishes from her native Italy, from appetizers through dessert.

 

Share your events and celebrations here over food and good times.  Let us host your next get together with a fun, low-key learning and dining experience catered to you and your guests.  Our kitchen features top-quality ingredients, professional quality tools and modern equipment in a friendly, inviting setting.

 

What to Expect in Your Class

Great Italian cooking isn't just about the recipes—it’s about traditions and techniques passed down through generations of cooks. We'll show you how to create delicious, authentic Italian dishes all year long.

 

  • Learn the fundamental skills for a lifetime of great cooking.

  • Work side-by-side with Chef Titina and other students to prepare each dish.

  • Interact with classmates and Titina in a casual, welcoming environment for a rich learning experience.

  • Take home a packet containing class recipes, a list of equipment used, helpful notes, and more.

  • All classes include suggested Italian wine pairings, which may be conveniently purchased in the Capri Flavors retail store before class.

  • Titina’s classes are held on most Friday and Saturday evenings from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm and feature a complete. regionally inspired menu from appetizer through dessert.

  • Students are welcome to bring their own bottle of wine.  We have a corkage fee of $5.00 per Bottle.

How to reserve Your Class

Don’t wait, book your class now!  Choose your class now from those listed below. Each class has its own menu and limited space.

 

You may also reserve a private class for any special event. Minimum class size for special events is 10 paid guests. Suggested class size: 14.  Please note that for some events, we are able to arrange for up to 25 guests.
