"Discover" the taste of Balocco
From small, elegant pastry shops in the late twenties to enterprising big business without losing that small pastry shop elegance, Balocco has come a long way.
Back in 1927 Francesco Antonio Balocco opens his first pastry shop in Piazza Castello, quickly followed by another shop under the arcades of Via Roma at Fossano, a pleasant small town in the southern Piedmont region, once cradle of the bellicose and mighty Family of Acaja.
